I don’t usually put reviews out there but the service I receive from Affordable Heating and Cooling was excellent. Just moved to a new house and still familiarizing myself to the heating system in our house. I had trouble getting my heating system staying warm one day so, I ended up calling them. He came in right away to check my furnace and it was such a relief when he assured me everything is working and showed me how to reset my thermostat. He even checked my furnace two days after his service to see if everything is good and never charged me. Thank you so much
My AC stopped blowing cold air on a 90 degree Saturday. I called Affordable and spoke to the answering service. Within a short time, Brandon called to let me know he would arrive shortly as long as I understood that it would be overtime charges. He did a temporary fix and quoted me an exact price before proceeding. He was very polite, respectful and efficient. He put in a parts order and told me to expect a call during weekday hours to set up a time for a permanent fix. I look forward to working with Affordable in the near future. Highly recommend!!
Affordable came out 3 times to fix my mini-split that was installed by them 10 years ago. First time, the tech thought he could just tighten a loose connection and fill with with coolant and bragged about how he was glad he did not have to get out a ladder because he couldn't climb a ladder very well. I asked what if it leaks again and he said, "it wouldn't but they would fix it." I paid the $300 service call and fee for coolant. 6 weeks later the mini-split is giving out warm air. I call again and Tommy comes out and puts in a dye and recharges the coolant and only charges me for a service call. Says he will need to come back out in 7-10 days to see if where the leak is at. I schedule for Tommy to come out and it wasn't Tommy it was a 3rd person, he arrives 30 min ahead of the appointment, proceeds to ring and knock on the door, while my wife is in a work meeting. She had to end meeting. He proceeds to inspect the system calls the office multiple times (doesn't really seem to know what he is doing). Finds out that the indoor unit is leaking and charges us for dye, another service call and coolant again. Will not stop talking when trying to pay and cost another $300. I was not told I needed to pay for them to come out an inspect. Only to say they look up what the new part is going to cost. I get a quote a few days later that the part plus installation is over $1000. I have already spent $600 to diagnose and repair that isn't repaired. This is almost 1/2 the cost of the unit. There has been no follow up about the replacement part. Nothing about if I want to fix or repair. Affordable was great when installing but for repair they have been awful. 2 out of the 3 techs didn't know what they were doing or couldn't perform the work, if I could give less than a 1 start it would be a negative stars. No correspondence from affordable on what I would like to do or not do. Nothing about how they have charged multiple time for a diagnosis. I am probably going to replace the unit, but I highly doubt it will be with affordable unless they decide to make this right.

Very competent service call at a reasonable price. Nick had the required parts with him to make the repairs, and discussed options with us prior to doing the work. He trained us on the operation of the new device and answered all our questions before leaving. This will be our first call if we need future repairs.
I used to use this company for all my properties. They were awesome when they started the company but now their prices have gone up and their service quality has gone down. They came out to one of my properties 3 times for the same issue and kept trying things and sent me a bill every time they stopped out. I would’ve been better off paying a reputable company to repair the furnace.
I was pretty disappointed that Pat first asked me to explain what was wrong with my air conditioning. After telling him he said it was freezing up and there was nothing he could do with it being frozen. I told him it had been shut off for 24 hours. Then he said it would be a service charge if I wanted him to come. Well if I hadn't wanted my air fixed I wouldn't have called. When he arrived he then told me my unit was dirty and air couldn't get through so that would cause it to freeze up even though our old unit sat in the exact spot as this one for 20 years and never had a problem. This unit is 1 and a half years old. So he said he would then check the furnace to see if there was a problem. There he found the tvm valve was bad causing the problem and replaced it. Also said he changed the furnace filter which was1 month old on a 3 month filter which was not dirty. Once I looked up what the value was it listed every problem I had told him. I didn't like that he made it sound like first he couldn't do anything and did I still need him to finding a bad part an hour later. I let him know all the issues and I took it as he assumed frozen and let it thaw and call back. My unit is less than 2 years old and was not cheap so yes I wanted it fixed. Hopefully the problem is solved.
Told me to turn the wrong shut off valve. Now I’m hearing weird sounds in my plumbing. They didn’t take the time to explain correctly and say we have the conversation on tape. Good that will prove I was given the wrong information. Very moody and short with me. The technician was short with me too when I asked a question
